鲍利葛公司始建于1889年。注册资本1亿克朗,现有职员2,400人,年营业额65亿克朗。

二、在华投资
鲍利葛公司与中国已有100多年的贸易历史。目前公司在上海设有办事处,分别在吉林延边和江苏太仓建立两个合资企业,在中国的经贸活动十分活跃。
(一)1996年6月,鲍利葛公司与吉林开山屯化学纤维浆厂合资成立延边开山屯鲍利葛木素技术有限公司,厂址在吉林省开山屯中朝边界界上。鲍利葛公司投资2,500万元人民币,占合资公司股权的60%。该企业以开山屯造纸厂排出的废液为原料生产木质素产品,该产品被广泛应用于建筑业,纺织印染业,农用化工和其它领域,作为粘合剂或分散剂。这种对废液的再利用大大减少了对图门江的污染。此外,作为主要持股人,鲍利葛公司向合资企业提供生产工艺、产品开发和应用技术。
